Trixino Side Bet City Rules
Side Bet City by Evolution is a fast-paced poker-based table game that has become a staple at many online casinos, including Trixino. This isn’t your typical five-card draw; it’s a unique game where you bet on the outcome of three separate poker hands dealt from a single 13-card deck. This guide provides a clear, no-fluff explanation of the rules, strategies, and practical details you need to play effectively at Trixino casino.
How to Play Side Bet City: The Core Mechanics
The game begins by placing your bets on one or more of the five available betting areas on the virtual table. The dealer then deals 13 cards face down, arranging them into three distinct poker hands: two five-card hands (Left and Right) and one three-card hand (Middle). The objective is to predict which of these hands will be the highest, based on standard poker rankings. You are betting against the dealer’s payout table, not against the house or other players. The game’s RTP (Return to Player) is a respectable 97.06% for the main bets, which is competitive for this genre.
Understanding the Five Betting Options
Your strategy hinges on understanding what each bet represents. You can place chips on any combination of these options before the deal.
- Left / Right Wins: You win if the respective five-card hand beats both the other five-card hand and the three-card hand.
- Middle Wins: You win if the three-card hand (which must be a straight or higher) beats both five-card hands.
- Pair Plus (Left/Right): You win if the respective five-card hand contains a pair or any better poker hand, regardless of the other hands.
- Pair Plus (Middle): You win if the three-card hand is a pair or better.
- All Equal: A rare bet that wins if all three hands are of exactly equal value and suit rank.
| Betting Option | Payout | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Left / Right Wins | 4 to 1 | The selected five-card hand is the highest. |
| Middle Wins | 5 to 1 | The three-card hand is the highest (must be a straight or better). |
| Pair Plus (Left/Right) | 1 to 1 (Pair) up to 100 to 1 (Straight Flush) | Pays based on the strength of the individual five-card hand. |
| Pair Plus (Middle) | 1 to 1 (Pair) up to 40 to 1 (Straight Flush) | Pays based on the strength of the individual three-card hand. |
| All Equal | 100 to 1 | All three hands have identical rank and suit. |
Strategies and Tips for Trixino Players
While Side Bet City is fundamentally a game of chance, you can adopt a smarter approach to bankroll management. The “Pair Plus” bets are popular because they pay out frequently, even if you don’t win the main “Wins” bet. A common strategy is to cover both the “Left Wins” and “Right Wins” bets, as one of the five-card hands will always be the strongest of the two. Betting on the “Middle Wins” is riskier due to the requirement for it to be a straight or better, but the higher 5:1 payout can be tempting. Always check the current Trixino promo code offers, as they sometimes include free spins or bonus cash that can be used on live casino games, allowing you to practice strategies risk-free.
